When to use Indian almond leaves?

When people are well aware of this leaf, they tend to search for Indian almond leaves near me and go straight to buy them. They even buy them in bulk. It is all possible because of the benefits it has for a betta.

Betta is a loving and fantastic creature. They are kind, calm, and mesmerizing fish with many astonishing colors and color patterns. One who sees them feels happy without having any reason.

These creatures needed to handle with care, love, and respect. They can't take of themselves. They only do when they are living in the wildlife, but as soon as life changes and they now reside in the aquarium, it is totally upto owners and fish keepers to give them a life they truly want and deserves.

These leaves make aquarium water more natural and close to wildlife type of water. And somehow, it is better than their normal tank water. It is better because bettas are occupied by their behavior in the wildlife. They are used to that water, its smell, feel and taste, everything.

These leaves will also give a little bit of stain to the water, which results in brown and yellowish watercolor.

Why should anyone use these leaves?

There are many reasons to use these leaves for their bettas or aquarium life. Such as the following:

l   Adding just one or two of these leaves in the aquarium can boost the healing process of the betta ( if they are sick or injured ).

l   When dealing with that type of fish that needs soft water and acidic one ( mostly bettas require this type of water ), almond leaves can save your life because these leaves have tannins acid in them, which makes the water softer for a fish. Also, this more soothing water helps your betta to breathe more oxygen, swim faster, and breed faster and safer.

l   These leaves are ideal for baby bettas and baby shrimps. Just because they are small and don't need to know how to eat ( not knowing it ), they go to the nearest plant near them and feed on it. So this leaf can be a source of food for your small fish.

l   Adult betta eats anything that is bloodworms, blackworms, larvae, mosquito larvae, insects, wingless flies, insect larvae, and more. But when there is no food for them, and you have to go out to buy it, you can give them a piece of ( just like pellets ) Indian almond leaves. These leaves can also be used for emergency food.

l   Almond leaves for betta are the top priority. They condition the quality of water and ensure that they maintain this quality for quite a few days.

l   It is all because of tannins acid, which makes water softer and cleaner, gives it more oxygen, and produces and acts like a better medium when breeding.

Conclusion

Everyone atleast once should use these leaves on their betta and see how they react to it. Studying everything on a betta, there are high chances that your fish will be instant happy by the presence of almond leaves and their traits.

There is no happiness greater in this world to fish keepers than seeing their fish happy and doing well.
